GERALD A. DUCOT

Mr. Ducot is the co-founder of Lone Oak Fund, LLC. Since inception in 2003, Lone Oak has funded over 700 loans totaling in excess of $800 million. He is also the owner of Lazar-Ducot Associates, Inc., a real estate investment, development and management company. With over 40 years of experience in all phases of real estate, Mr. Ducot has been involved in the real estate lending, development, construction, leasing and management of over 2,000,000 square feet of property. He has developed or acquired for his own account over fifty projects, including commercial and medical office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, condominium conversions, single family homes and a mobile home park. Mr. Ducot is a 1965 graduate of California State University, Fullerton.

JAMES A. ROTHSTEIN

Mr. Rothstein is the co-founder of Lone Oak Fund LLC. Since inception in 2003, Lone Oak has funded over 700 loans totaling in excess of $800 million. Previously, as president of Crestwood Capital Corporation, a real estate lending and development firm, Mr. Rothstein was an active lender and developer of residential, commercial and industrial properties. He has owned and developed residential, commercial and industrial projects in California and Nevada. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1968 and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1971 and was a practicing attorney until 1990. He is a current member of The State Bar of California.
